¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup ½ teaspoon fine sea salt Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a small mason jar with a tight-fitting lid or a bowl. Shake or whisk until smooth and emulsified.
Taste and adjust the honey (or maple syrup), salt, or pepper if needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one week. Shake well before serving.
