Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened kefir
  • cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, starting with the kefir and Greek yogurt.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is thicker than you prefer, blend in cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
