High Protein Overnight Oats with Pear & Greek Yogurt

Creamy high protein overnight oats made with Greek yogurt, chia seeds and almond butter, then topped with juicy pear and crunchy pecans. Each serving has 26 grams of protein and 14 grams of fiber, without using protein powder.

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 2 tablespoon chia seeds 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 cup milk 2 tablespoon almond butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon ΒΌ teaspoon nutmeg pinch fine sea salt 1 medium pear, divided between the two servings 1 tablespoon chopped pecans, divided
Add the oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a medium bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, stir the oats and top each serving with half of the chopped pear and half of the pecans.
Enjoy cold, or let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
